: Quality Advisor- Isle of Man
- SALARY
: £23,123
- LOCATION
: Villiers House, Douglas, Isle of Man
- HOURS
: Full-time. 35 hours a week on a Fixed Term Contract until Oct 2024.
- WORKING PATTERN
: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.
About this Opportunity
This role is a Fixed Term Contract, potentially until Oct 2024.
Working as part of our team you’ll provide a wide range of customer focused activities which support our customer facing colleagues in providing outstanding customer service for customers.
You’ll be responsible for
- Writing and producing letters.
- Reviewing accounts ensuring the correct action has been taken.
- Comparing customer accounts against LBG guidelines to decide whether further actions are required to reach a fair outcome.

And any experience of banking or business where you've dealt with customers previously would be useful.
