Our client seeks a Head of AML / CFT Supervision to join their team.

Role Profile:

Our client has an exciting opportunity for the role of Head of the AML / CFT Supervision Division created by the upcoming retirement of the existing post holder

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will contribute to the mandate of protecting consumers, reducing financial crime and maintaining confidence in the financial services sector through effective regulation.
This role is a member of the Executive Team and contributes to the strategic direction, the risk horizon scanning and positive culture.
Extensive understanding and experience of the financial services industry and designated businesses, including compliance, risk management and AML/CFT along with an understanding of the broader finance industry including trends and developments is essential.
The successful candidate will have proven leadership skills to provide support, mentoring and coaching that inspires and motivates all team members to reach their full potential.
The postholder will hold a relevant professional qualification.
